E3 Development, LLC was born out of the concept of frustration with the traditional approach of investor(s) and/or stakeholder(s) hiring commercial contractors.  Mr. Rene Gonzalez realized at a very early stage in his career, which has now spanned nearly three decades, that only innovation and technology can solve this problematic industry.  Assessing the commercial and residential construction industry Mr. Gonzalez formulated a project control process combined with cutting-edge technology was as the key to successful projects for all parties.

The first major key factor was providing a lean and green process to eliminate waste, cost inefficiencies, and time overruns.  The second major key factor was to ignite the common core principals of Accountability, Transparency and Visibility (ATV) in real-time. The third and final major factor was to overcome the enigma of the lowest cost with the highest quality.  Mr. Gonzalez decided to incorporate this true partnership approach driving cost as low as possible and speeding up the process as fast as possible while adding the highest quality for a true win/win scenario.

 

By teaming up with owners/stakeholders/investors, Mr. Gonzalez is able to utilize these developed and proprietary building methods and materials, along with real-time web-based technology, while driving cost down and increase the ROI for all parties.  Now all parties are fully vested in succeeding. This winning team concept has been a dream since Mr. Gonzalez started his career in 1986.
